Food Distribution

On Friday, October 11, 2024, The Lighthouse organized the first distribution of hot meals to the displaced people from Gressier who were housed in the auditorium of Anacaona High School in Leogane. A team of 10 people was mobilized to purchase, prepare, and distribute the food. The beneficiaries expressed their joy and continued to praise The Lighthouse. They even asked for a banner to dedicate the camp to The Lighthouse as a token of their gratitude. It was a wonderful experience. (See photos and video) "Love is something we have to do."
